This article describes comparison of video and text cases as they influence clinical reasoning skills in entry-level occupational therapy learners. The ICE Learning Center was used to develop comprehensive video cases. The Health Science Reasoning Test was used to explore quantitative changes to clinical reasoning. When compared to text cases, the video cases and associated learning activities facilitated statistically significant improvements in inductive reasoning.
